Remote proceedings may utilize third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams). Use of such platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies. Legal Point Corp. configures these platforms for legal proceedings but does not control their independent practices.
§ 14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legal Point Corp. shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from data handling, platform use, or third-party services.
